  • Registration fee
    There is a 190€ to pay in order to confirm your booking with us.
    You will pay a non-refindable course registration fee of 40€. This fee will be deducted from the deposit and the rest (150€) will be deducted from your total course fee.
  • Agency fees for reserving your accommodation
    If you are staying for one month or less: 40€. If you are staying for more than one month: 70€
    A deposit of 200€ is necessary in order to reserve your accommodation.
    The agency fees will be deducted from your deposit and the amount that is left (160€ or 130€) will be deducted from your first month’s rent.
    Agency fees will be required if you decide to change your accommodation for any reason.
  • Deposits
    In order to confirm your registration, you will need to pay a deposit of 190€ for the course and of 200€ for the accommodation.
    The deposits are non refundable unless you take a cancellation insurance which costs an extra 65€. THE CANCEL INSURANCE IS COMPULSARY FOR STUDENTS WHO NEED TO APPLY FOR A VISA.
    The balance of the course and accommodation must be paid within the first week of your arrival.
  • Accepted means of payment
    We accept the following means of payment:
    Credit Card (Secured online payment with the Crédit Agricole)
    Bank Transfer
    Cheque (in euros) payable in France to IFALPES
    Travellers' Cheques in euros
  • Acceptance letter
    Once we have received your registration, we will send you an acceptance letter and confirmation of your accommodation request within 2 working days.
    These documents will be sent by email in PDF format. If you need original documents for a visa application, please request this at the time of your registration. No documents will be sent until the deposits have been paid.
  • Cancellation insurance
    A cancellation insurance is available for an extra 65€.
    For students who do not need a visa: if for any reason you wish to cancel up to the day before the course is due to start, you will be reimbursed the whole of your course and accommodation deposit. If you cancel your course after the programmed start date, there will be no refund.
    FOR STUDENTS WHO WILL NEED TO APPLY FOR A VISA, THE CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS COMPULSARY. Your deposits may only be reimbursed if your visa is refused by the embassy and you will need to send us proof of this before we send you the refund. In order to get a refund, these documents must be sent to IFALPES BEFORE THE START OF YOUR COURSE.
    If you do not take the cancellation insurance, the deposits will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
