Our Standard programme is a French course designed for adults who want to learn French through daily immersion, with flexible start and end dates.
Built around a comprehensive programme of twenty 45-minute lessons per week, from Monday to Friday, the Standard French course is open to all levels from A1 to C1 and offers a good balance between theory and active French practice.
All skills are covered: reading, writing, listening and speaking in French, as well as grammar and phonetics.
Learning French in France and in Annecy with a Standard French programme is an excellent opportunity to make fast progress while still having free time to discover French life and culture.

Every student registered in a French programme must take an online placement test.
Thanks to this initial French assessment, we’ll be able to assign you to a group corresponding to your level of knowledge and skill.
If you are a complete beginner in French, you will need to start your French course on specific dates. For all other levels, programme start dates are more flexible (usually every Monday).
The KLF group is present in 5 major French cities: Annecy, Bordeaux, Lyon, Montpellier and Toulouse.
If you want to start in one city and continue in another, it’s possible to do so while enjoying a consistent administrative and teaching environment.
