About the Certification French program in Annecy…
The Certification French course at our Annecy school is a 12-week intensive course starting on set dates approximately every two months.
Open to all levels, our 12-week certification programme is ideal for people wishing to learn or perfect their French, while staying in France for long enough to experience life “à la française” for around 3 months.
We have chosen to include an official French test called the TCF (Test de connaissance du français) in this programme.
At the end of the course, our students have the opportunity to officially certify the level of French by means of an official France Education International test.
With 26 lessons of 45 minutes per week for 12 weeks in the Intensive programme, this French course meets various objectives: linguistic and cultural immersion experience in France, preparation for a job where French is required, preparation for studies in France or in French.
With its teaching approach based on a balance between theory and practice, and including 3 themed workshops each week, the intensive course is a French course package that enables you to work on all your language skills in an active and dynamic way.
After a placement test, students registered for the 12-week certified French course are integrated into a group corresponding to their initial level, and progress to the next level after a few weeks.
A specialised e-learning course is also available to help students prepare for the TCF exam.

The intensive programme is a combination of a standard course and 3 themed workshops per week.
An speaking workshop, a cultural workshop and a language workshop.
The aim of the speaking workshop is to work on both oral skills: expression and comprehension. Teachers offer a variety of activities each week, adapted to the needs of the group.
The culture workshop aims to introduce you to French culture, history, traditions, gastronomy and everyday life in France and Annecy. It’s an opportunity to work on your written and oral skills, and to develop your vocabulary and general culture.
The language workshop offers targeted exercises tailored to the grammatical and linguistic difficulties encountered by the group, either collectively or individually.
