He will organize your placement test. He will also be present throughout your stay for everything concerning your level, the content of the courses and your progress in French.
Lucien
Lucien works at the reception of IFALPES. He likes to travel and go to concerts.
During your stay, you will be in contact with him on a daily basis. He will welcome you on the first day and make your stay as easy as possible.
Don’t hesitate to go and see him if you have any questions, if you would like information about events in Annecy or if you just want to talk.
Marie-Caroline
Marie is responsible for accommodation and exams. She loves the mountains, snow sports and travelling. After having lived in many parts of the world, she came to live in Annecy.
If you have booked accommodation with Ifalpes, she will do her utmost to ensure that the accommodation during your stay goes well and that you have excellent memories of your time in Annecy.
She shares her office at the reception desk with Lucien and will also be happy to answer your questions.
Stéphanie
Stéphanie works at IFALPES as a sales manager. British nationality, you will recognize her by her “so british” accent that she has kept even though she has been living in Annecy for more than 25 years.
Stéphanie is passionate about cooking, hiking and music.
She manages the day-to-day relationship with the agencies. So, if you come through an agency you will meet her very quickly. Highly recommended! I spent two months and now I can speak basic conversational french. Instructors really care about students learning to speak french. And they have a lot of extracurricular activities around Annecy. I am going back again this year!
