Ifalpes offers every summer from mid-June to mid-August, a program specifically adapted for foreign French teachers. The goal is to develop your knowledge through classes, observation and exchange with professionals.
The program is composed of:
- 20 general French lessons per week in one of our class to refresh your base and also develop your knowledge.
- 3 hours of class observations per week with one of our teachers. Four different observations of 45 minutes each to observe classes of different levels.
- 2 hours of workshops per week : exchanges and advice with one of our teachers on teaching methods
You can register for a week or more, the price is 445 € per week (excluding accommodation).
During your stay, you can also take advantage of the various activities offered by Ifalpes outside the classes to discover the region and meet other students.

Highly recommended! I spent two months and now I can speak basic conversational french. Instructors really care about students learning to speak french. And they have a lot of extracurricular activities around Annecy. I am going back again this year!
